About the construction of the expandable home units, these units are constructed with fire resistant material and are insulated with 100 mm PU sandwich panel insulation for exterior walls and 100 mm PU insulation for the ceiling and floor (R-value 28), dividing interior walls are insulated with 55 mm sandwich board insulation. They come in three different sizes which are 20 ft 30 ft and 40 ft in length when each are expanded they are roughly 20 ft in width. All units come with double pane pressurized windows and base model comes pre-wired for Canadian standards. Also these units are hurricane resistant up to 300 km winds. There are plenty different floor plan options and features available to suit your needs. Please don't hesitate to contact us with any further questions or your quotes
